Rachael is a highly passionate and innovative digital marketer who co-founded tbh Skincare in 2019. With a keen eye for creative detail and a sharp business acumen, she brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and visionary leadership to her work. Her ability to connect with audiences and deliver compelling, on-brand messaging has helped to build a loyal customer base and establish tbh Skincare as a leading player in the industry.

Raj is a seasoned beauty industry professional specialising in operations, marketing, business development, key account management and commercial expansion.He has over 25 years’ experience spanning multinational companies including L'Oréal, as well as early growth stage Australian brands like The Jojoba Company, Anagenics and BOOST LAB. Having worked across a plethora of beauty categories including skincare, haircare, cosmetics and fragrance, Raj brings a wealth of commercial expertise to the group.

Curtis has 25+ years’ experience as a research scientist in top-ranked US academic institutions/spin-off companies and in developing innovative beauty and health products with companies like IGEA, Biophysics, Access Corporate Group and Boost Lab. With a BSc/PhD in Chemistry and as a registered Patent/Trademark attorney his R&D work spans formulation development, regulatory compliance and intellectual property.
